On Sunday, November 15, 2020, the Georgian restaurant Qartuli received its first visitors. The opening took place in working order and now the restaurant works in a technical mode.
This new place on the gastronomic map of the capital has all chances of becoming the "most Georgian" of all Moscow restaurants. Firstly, our restaurant is located on Gruzinskiy Val Street, where the Gruzinskaya Sloboda was formed at the beginning of the 18th century. Secondly, "Qartuli" means "Georgian", translated from the Georgian language. Thirdly, the extensive menu contains culinary masterpieces that have brought glory and popularity to Georgia. The authenticity of the dishes is guaranteed by a professional team of Chefs led by chef Irina Kochmareva and Sous-chef David Chania. The Qartuli restaurant has its own confectionery production specializing in European desserts.
Three cozy spaces full of light and air - a bar room with an open kitchen with barbecue and a wood-burning stove, a dining room with a fireplace and a glass wall, a dessert room - are located on two floors of the mansion (house 11, building 3), built in 1917.
Traditional Georgian style is presented in a very unobtrusive and modern way in the interior and color palette of the restaurant. Ethnic motives are organically inscribed in the loft space.
Qartuli restaurant can accommodate up to 120 guests at the same time.
