The set of cold appetizers (1250 ₽) included chicken in garlic-nut sauce baje, a bean dish - lobio with nuts, vegetable stew - ajapsandali, eggplant rolls - Kakhetian badrijani, young cheese rolls - gebzhaliya, pie stuffed with beet leaves - pkhlovani, herbs, chili pepper. The hot set (1800 ₽) includes Imeretian lobio in a pot, stuffed cabbage rolls in grape leaves - dolma, a dish of chicken giblets - Megrelian Kuchmachi, quail on charcoal with satsebeli sauce, Gurian cabbage, pickled peppers, corn tortillas with cheese - chvishtari and greens. Fish set (3000 ₽) - salmon in kinsmari sauce, sturgeon in bazhe sauce, fried Black Sea red mullet, salmon shashlik, grilled vegetables, greens, traditional Georgian bread - shotis puri, tkemali and narsharab sauces are served with fish dishes.
