The Georgian restaurant Qartuli has introduced tasting gastronomic sets to the menu, with the spring coming. Thus, in just one visit, guests will be able to get an impression of our cuisine and the skill of our chefs. Each gastro set includes several popular national dishes, united according to a general principle. The set of cold appetizers (1250 ₽) included chicken in garlic-nut sauce baje, a bean dish - lobio with nuts, vegetable stew - ajapsandali, eggplant rolls - Kakhetian badrijani, young cheese rolls - gebzhaliya, pie stuffed with beet leaves - pkhlovani, herbs, chili pepper. The hot set (1800 ₽) includes Imeretian lobio in a pot, stuffed cabbage rolls in grape leaves - dolma, a dish of chicken giblets - Megrelian Kuchmachi, quail on charcoal with satsebeli sauce, Gurian cabbage, pickled peppers, corn tortillas with cheese - chvishtari and greens. Fish set (3000 ₽) - salmon in kinsmari sauce, sturgeon in bazhe sauce, fried Black Sea red mullet, salmon shashlik, grilled vegetables, greens, traditional Georgian bread - shotis puri, tkemali and narsharab sauces are served with fish dishes.
